Choose a weight loss, an aerobic fitness, or an aerobic performance program to focus your workout. You can also set a manual program to go at your desired pace. The console offers two heart rate programs that show you to enter target heart rate settings and then help you maintain the target heart rate by automatically changing the resistance of the pedals and prompting you to maintain your pedaling pace.
